Which membership package is the best for me?

If you are a developer and have plans to make lots of sites for your clients, Developer membership or Platinum Membership is the way to go.

If you are starting up with Joomla! and making personal sites, Single extension membership or Gold Membership membership should work out great. You can always upgrade to Developer membership by paying the amount difference.

We recommend Platinum Membership over the 12 months standard membership as it gives you 6-10 times more access to support and upgrades not to mention the difference is just $56-$89.

 

What happens when my membership expires?

There is no restriction on using our products even after the membership expires, but access to downloads, support and new releases are not available. As a loyalty bonus we offer flat 30% OFF for renewals (except the Single extension membership and Single template membership).

 

I do not have a Paypal account. Do you support other payment methods?

Currently we support Paypal. Paypal supports all major Credit cards. Visit Paypal or contact us for more information.

 

Membership fees are refundable?

We offers 7 days No Questions Asked Refund Policy. Please read our Refund policy Page.

 

Can I re-sell any templates and extensions?

No. You are not allowed to re-sell Joomla! templates and extensions. However, you are entitled to customize Joomla! templates, extensions for your clients.

 

I paid but I am not able to login or download!

Please check your BULK/SPAM box for the confirmation message. If you not got it then please contact with us with the proof of payment. Note : Normally our system creates the account after successful payment. There are some cases that your payment is not successful done and then we have to review and process download information manually.
