What is the benefit of OS Theme Club ?
By joining as a club member you can download all existing templates and extensions. You can also download all future joomla templates and extensions within your membership period. You can also download template's PSD files. Forum support is only available for all but club members will get priority. Support ticket is available for club members.
What is payment method?
We are using secure Paypal payment method. Via Paypal you can pay directly form your Credit Card and NEVER store your card information on our site.
After signup, Can I get refund?
OS Theme Club reserves the right to refuse refunds if any efforts of refund policy abuse are detected. It has been observed that some of the users are rampantly downloading all products and then asking for refund and again re-signup when new products are launched and then again ask for refund.
I only want one template, is that possible?
Yes, single purchase is available.
Can I modify source code?
Of course, you can almost edit or modify any part of the template that you like including text, images, javascript or CSS code ect. But there are some limitations to this part. You can not modify or delete our copyright code from the source files. The Developer plan members are frees from this limitations.
I paid but I am not able to login or download!
Please check your BULK/SPAM box for the confirmation message. If you not got it then please contact with us with the proof of payment. Note : Normally our system creates the account after successful payment. There are some cases that your payment is not successful done and then we have to review and process download information manually.
Can I share my username and password with others?
No. A username and password is specific to one person with up to five IP addresses only. If you share your details you will receive an automatic suspension of your account. If your download traffic logs exceed the total number of allowed downloads, your account will be suspended immediately.
What is quickstart pack?
The quickstart package included all the files needed to install joomla!, wordpress, Drupal, Magento or phpbb latest stable version. By installing quickstart pack you can get the exact look whatever you are seeing our demo server. Example for Joomla: Quickstart = Joomla! + Template + Component, Modules or Plugins + Images + SQL demo content
How do i find if my product has been updated or a new version is released
We have made it very easy now, to keep track of products and their updates. Visit update page and select your category and product and you can check the status of updates and version release. Remember, you will have to check for each of the extension used on your site manually.

I dont have time, Can you install the Quickstarts for me?
Yes, you can login to your members area and avail the Installation service at $ 30 per installation. This will cover the installation of Template quickstart as it is seen in the Demo Site. No other customization would be done.
Why Developer membership?
If you have plan to customize our templates, extensions for your clients, you are required to purchase Developer membership.
